These are signed, limited edition giclee prints. Each is printed on heavy rag paper using archival inks. I proof each edition before release to ensure the closest possible reproduction of the original artwork. Please inquire if you are interested in a painting that is not in the Print Gallery. If I have a transparency, a print can be produced. |

Giclee is a French word meaning "liquid spray". First, a 4x5 transparency of the original art is scanned into a computer, color corrected and enhanced. Then a special high-tech printer is used to transfer the image directly onto the paper. The resulting prints are rich in saturation and color. Giclee prints have now gained wide acceptance for fine art reproduction. The Louvre in Paris uses them to reproduce and display work too fragile or valuable to exhibit normally. |
